This one day conference will highlight the impact of personalisation on individuals receiving care and the organisations delivering services to them.

It will help voluntary and community organisations to understand what changes personalisation will bring and how they can adapt to these changes.

It will also include St Helens CVS' Annual General Meeting.

Venue: World of Glass, Chalon Way, St Helens.

Places are free but must be booked in advance.
