The Knowsley and St Helens Wheelchair Service is moving from St Helens Hospital.

From Monday 23 August 2010, the service will move to a temporary location in Knowsley at


The Blue Bell Centre, Blue Bell Lane, Huyton, L36 7XY. The telephone number for the service stays the same 01744 648. The Wheelchair Service will then move to the new Centre for Independent Living and Community store in Huyton, and the St Helens Wheelchair Service will move to another permanent base in April 2011.

Patients in St Helens who have queries or concerns about the relocation should contact NHS Halton and St Helens Customer Care Unit on Freephone 0800 849 7088.
