St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust has produced a plan setting out how it will become a Foundation Trust.
Its plan, the Tripartite Formal Agreement (TFA) has been approved by the Department of Health amd is available on the Trust's website www.sthknhs.uk
The plans do not include developing a relationship with the private sector and the Trust says these were never a part of the Trust Board's plans. It will be be looking to get the views of local groups representing patient views in the months ahead.
